RECEPTES EN ANGLÈS

Els alumnes de reforç de 1r d'ESO hem fet algunes receptes del nostre lloc de procedència en anglès. Esperem que us agradin.

Bocaditos de yuca fritos (Agustín i Tatiana)
Ingredients:
• 1 pound of peeled ad cut yucca
• 2 eggs
• 1 bag with 8 ounces of dried coconut
• 1 cup of cheese sauce
• Flour
• Oil

Method:
-Cook the yucca and peck it into small pieces.
-Put flour , beated eggs and grate coconut .
-Fry the yucca with oil (medium fire) until it is browned .
-Put the yucca on some paper to remove the excess of oil.
-Serve them with cheese sauce and small pieces of lemon.

Recipe Torrijas (Tamara)


Ingredients:
-1 bread stick
-Milk
-cinnamon
-sugar.

Method:
-Cut the bread into slices
-then, put the bread in the milk
-after that, fry the bread.
-when the bread is fried, we put sugar and cinnamon.

AND READY TO EAT!!

OLIAIGUA


Ingredients
-Onion
-Green peppers
-Ripe tomatoes
-Oil
-Water
-Salt

Method
Chop the vegetables and make a sauce…Add water and put it on the fire without never getting a boil.
Eat it with toasted bread
